How did ragapay stole your $100k
I will share our real experience with Ragapay. They stole our hard earned $100k and also the 3000 setup fee. Until today they didn't pay us anything. I hope more people see this story and avoid being scammed by Ragapay.
On or around Nov 29th 2024, we were reached out by Andrew of Ragapay regarding the payment processing service. As a high risk merchant, Ragapay knew our business from day one.
On Dec 7th 2024, we signed the service agreeement with Ragapay and paid the 3000 MID setup fee.
The live MID was activated on Dec 16th.
We processed around USD $100,000 100k from Dec 16 to Dec 27.
The settlement schedule was T+7. Andrew ragapay repeatedly promised to pay us on Dec 30th. Claiming "there is no risk we are a well established psp"
It turned out to be a complete massive scam.
On Dec 29th 2024, the day before the "promised" settlement, ragapay disabled our MID and froze our fund. They fabricated the excuse that because we had a "dispute". All merchants know dispute/chargeback happens, and we only had one dispute out of the 100k volume we processed.Â
When I asked for official bank documents or card scheme, Ragapay refused to provide.
Until today as Jan 8th 2025, we didn't receive one single penny from Ragapay. Andrew of ragapay even threatened that because I posted review on trustpilot "you messed things up". Therefore he is not going to pay us.
